Viburnum Sarcoxie -
Viburnum Sarcoxie is a cross between burkwoodii and carlesii. The cross results in a very fragrant viburnum.
Though this plant has been around for 40 years it is not well known. Pink buds open to white blooms in early Spring. One of the first viburnums to bloom in the Spring.
Foliage is a dark glossy green. Fall color is quite good with leaves turn to reddish burgundy. Place plants where you can appreciate the fragrance when in bloom.
